Dahl's Bakery was founded in 1935 as a family business and resided in eastern Gothenburg

Project

The bakery and pastry shop, with approximately 100 dedicated employees, provide the Greater Gothenburg with freshly baked bread and pastry seven days a week, 364 days a year. The bakery has recently moved into new modern premises and the entire design including the lighting has been optimized to create the best possible opportunities to bake good bread for hungry customers in the area.

Solution

To light the new premises Fagerhult was the chosen supplier and three different fittings were chosen to do the job. In the bakery, where the dough is mixed, 500 Kaptur with high IP-rating were installed.

In the area where cakes and pastry are produced Multilume Flat was chosen because of its lighting characteristics and good lumen output. This is a working area where cakes are decorated and good light levels are required.

Finally, in the distribution area where the bread and pastry is loaded for delivery to customers, shops and supermarkets around Gothenburg, InduLED was the natural choice.
