The concept of green building in our region is still relatively unknown. The project of first green office building in Bratislava named BBC 1 Plus is therefore an important milestone for sustainable development in Slovakia.What are the benefits of their prospective users? The following article provides answers in the form of a brief selection of the main reasonscited by U.S. Green Building Council USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council).



1. Investments into the green buildings reduce operating costs
